Remember Google Gravity? If not, just type Google gravity in search bar and click on the Google link. If yes, there is something new for you. Google : “Do a Barrel Roll” is the coolest things google has ever done.
Wooow…did you see that. The whole Google search page just did a barrel role. Some speculate that this is Google's takeoff on apples iPhone and ipads which have built in accelerometers that tells a device when it is being moved, rotated or propped up on one end. However, it looks like Google’s attempt to invoke Nintendo’s Firefox. Makes much more sense!!!
However, Google gave a clear explanation saying “Today’s fun query, ‘do a barrel roll,’ was created by a Google software engineer with the primary goal of entertaining users — while showcasing the power of CSS3, a presentation feature of modern browsers. The “do a barrel roll” query, which causes the search page to spin, will remain in place for a while.”
The application has already created a buzz in the blog community. One can find completely diverse comments from users over twitter and other social sites.
